All episodes are v2 because someone requested LayoutRes to be applied to the subs for this batch. If you don't care about this superficial change because you already set a custom layout resolution in your media player for our releases, then the only real changes are: 1, 2 - upstream source re-encoding the video, 11 - major edits to the subs.

Forcing the wrong layoutres to existing subtitles breaks typesetting. It should be set per file, and unless you think people should do a config for every bloody file that they have vs just adding it to the subtitle file is pretty stupid. Some crunchyroll subs even have layoutres added. There is no point not to add layoutres to the subtitle files.
