do people still lack the ability to put files in mkvtoolnix and put the subtitle inside the mkv container?

I couldn't figure out what was going on because the output from mkvinfo was basically identical. Rather than upload a version that didn't work with VLC, I just left it as-is.

Not my primary player, but still useful in a 'make sure I'm not breaking anything' sort of way. Played fine in mpv after merging.
