This upload is dedicated to [William Chow](https://www.youtube.com/@WilliamChow/). ![This tape is really messed up. Subtitles are by NT-Anime (1-4, 9-44, 49-60), Yakitori Anime (5-8), Arctic Animation (45-48, 61-95), and The Ranma Project (96). All episodes were originally translated by Daisuke Suzuki (DS) and timed by William Chow (WS) for Arctic Animation, with the other groups adapting from that translation as a base (save for 96 which was translated by Daisuke Suzuki but originally timed by The Ranma Project instead of Arctic Animation). The quality heavily fluctuates between tapes and chunks of four episodes, with a lot of the episodes on the sixth tape being the worst. On random volumes there are anime music videos in between some episodes. Tape eight has some unusual edits (see note below). You absolutely should not watch the show like this, but I personally find it an interesting insight into the early world of fansubs, as a lot of the dates on the Arctic episodes are as early as 1991-1993. Honestly from the little I checked the base translation isn't completely off the mark when compared to Viz's official translation, but especially on the raw Arctic episodes the complete lack of any editing or second pass and the patented William Chow timing method did not help the watchability. Tape 8: `Episode 89 starts with an unsubbed copy of the episode, then plays the last 5 minutes of Arctic's sub of the episode. Some episodes end with lengthy notes about the translation or the group. Episode 92 at the eyecatch includes a nearly illegible translation of an excerpt of the manga, and 93 ends with a different equally illegible manga excerpt of "night scenes" cut from the TV broadcast. Some AMVs are included after 88, 92, and 96.` Also there's a typo in the last tape's filename whoops
